Overview
Located in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital, the project comprises four connected office towers over a shared commercial podium. Babel Building delivered the structural, MEP, and finishing works under a single integrated contract.
The team relied on BIM to coordinate systems across disciplines, reducing on-site clashes and accelerating the pace of execution. The project was handed over to specification and on the contracted date.
